Instante Photo Server is free to download. This does not waive rights in included components. The applicable licence texts and third-party notices are distributed with the software. This page does not replace those full texts.
Pet recognition: The included MegaDescriptor-L-384 model is licensed under Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0 and may only be used non-commercially. Please take this into account if you intend to use Instante outside your private photo library.
Included components
- SFace: face-recognition model from the OpenCV Zoo, Apache License 2.0.
- MegaDescriptor-L-384: animal-feature model by BVRA, CC BY-NC 4.0.
- dav1d: AV1 decoder by VideoLAN, BSD-2-Clause licence.
- Leaflet: map library, BSD-2-Clause licence. Map data: OpenStreetMap contributors.
- Codex: optional assistant runtime by OpenAI, Apache License 2.0.
- Sparkle: update component under the BSD licence.
